| Summary: Vascular
disease caused by atherosclerotic disease with chronic artery
insufficiency and by chronic vein disease with chronic vein
insufficiency, poses a great medical problem in clinical practice,
and along with the progression of changes it leads to high
invalidity degree and creates a social and economical problem.
Physical treatment in patients with vascular diseases includes the
application of vacusac, vasculator, magnet, electrical and dosed
kinetic therapy, laser, HBOT, termomineral water of indifferent
temperature. The effects of physical therapy in the improvement and
development of collateral flow in arterial insufficiency and the
effects in the improvement of vein drainage in vein insufficiency
are objectified echosonographically, Doppler sonographically, by
claudicational interval and clinical inspection of patients with
extended claudicational interval and the increase of Doppler
indexes, and the improvement of clinical state. In patients with
chronic vein insufficiency treated with physical therapy by vein
drainage improvement, there was edema reduction, trophic
improvement, hyperpigmentaion reduction, and reduction in
dermatophlebosclerotic changes, pain reduction and an easy leg
