| Summary: Peripheral vascular diseases consist a group of most
mass human illness. In the paper is showed classification of
arterial, venos and lymphatyc diseases and clinical syndromas (ischemia,
oedema etc) in acute and chronic current of vasculopathy. Vascular
injury is manifested as haemoorrhagia or ischemia and lymphorrhorea.
It is showed basic patohysiological mechanisms which caused clinical
characteristics of vascular diseases. Diagnostic procedures and
algorithms (anamnesis, clinical examinations, noninvasives and
invasives procedures) and fundamental therapeutic treatments (medicamentous,
